Autumn Gathering · Alumni Reunion · Shared Opportunities

As the golden season arrives in New York, we gather within the halls of a century-old museum. This is more than a reunion after years apart—it is a conversation about the future, about connection, and about inspiration. You’ll meet alumni from diverse industries and at different stages of life, exchanging ideas and building new ties. Perhaps, each dialogue will become the spark for your next opportunity.
From 2:00–3:00 pm, the museum will open its first and second floors, featuring the Sanxingdui artifacts exhibition alongside contemporary art. Two optional guided tours (2:10 pm or 2:35 pm), led by professionals, will provide deeper insights. This gathering is not only a reunion—it is an immersive experience. The museum tour and welcome session will conclude around 3:00 pm.
At 3:00 pm, please join us in the main hall on the third floor for the formal opening. Our guest speakers include outstanding alumni from the worlds of finance, technology, academia, and law. A special guest—a renowned artist from Nanjing—will bring a memorable surprise. Their identity will remain under wraps until the event, but they will join a roundtable rich in substance and insight. Following the discussion, speakers will take part in small-group conversations for more intimate exchanges. The main program will conclude around 4:30 pm.
Light refreshments and beverages will be served during the museum tour (2:00–3:00 pm) and the main program (3:00–4:30 pm), keeping the focus on conversation while ensuring no one goes hungry. After the main session, from 4:30–5:30 pm, heartier dishes will be provided to fuel more lively networking.
The event will wind down around 6:00 pm, when volunteers begin resetting the venue. Alumni are invited to continue conversations in the corridor while the space is cleared. Afterwards, you may choose to enjoy dinner with old friends or continue the evening with new connections. While the committee will not host or sponsor gatherings beyond 6:00 pm, experience tells us that spontaneous reunions often become the most memorable.
We hope this year’s alumni gathering fosters meaningful and lasting connections. Your feedback will help us make future events even better—including more intimate gatherings tailored for specific groups.
