Jia is a New York–based artist known for his dynamic abstract works. He is a signed artist with RPAC Gallery (USA). Currently, he serves as Chairman of the International Union of Abstract Artists (USA), Chairman of the Chinese Abstract Art Alliance (USA), and Vice President of the Global Abstract Art Society. He is also Vice President of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association of New York, Deputy Secretary-General of the Overseas Chinese Artists Association, and a member of the China Artists Association.
